1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.asmx.group (the "website"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Who we are

The website is operated on behalf of ASMX Group ("ASMX Group", "we", "us") by Exlayr Technology Labs, a group company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre. References to "the group" mean ASMX Group and its companies.

3. Information only

The website provides general information about ASMX Group and its companies, technology and businesses. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other investment, or to use any regulated service, in any jurisdiction.

The website is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be unlawful. If that applies to you, please do not use it.

4. Regulated services

ASMX Group is a technology group and does not itself provide regulated services. Where regulation is required, the relevant group company holds the necessary permissions. Trading and listing services are provided by ASMX Pro (Seychelles) Ltd, licensed and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under Securities Dealer Licence No. SD191. Regulated services are provided only by the relevant regulated company, under its own terms, after its own onboarding and eligibility checks. These terms do not govern any regulated service.

5. Illustrative content

Some parts of the website show illustrative material, such as sample order books, sample market data and example conversations with AI tools. This material is for demonstration only. It is not live market data, does not describe any real account or investment, and should not be relied on. Products and features described as in development or subject to regulatory approval may change or may not be made available.

6. Using the website

You may view and use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or interfere with the website's operation;
